Can I scrap a car without a title?
You need to prove ownership. A replacement can be obtained through ServiceOntario, or you can provide alternative proof such as a bill of sale or old insurance documents.
Can I scrap a car with a lien on it?
No. In Ontario an active lien must be settled, or you need written permission from the lender, before the vehicle can be legally scrapped.
Do you buy cars that don't run?
